Affidavits for use in Zimbabwe usually make reference to Annexures. Often, draft documents for signature are emailed to you without those annexures. To allow those documents to be notarised for Zimbabwe, the annexures must be present and in the correct form to attach.
If you have received your draft Affidavit from your lawyers in Zimbabwe but without its annexures, please ensure you obtain those, to allow you to make an appointment with me to notarise your document.
If your lawyers say that they will attach the annexures upon receipt of your signed document in Zimbabwe, that will not be sufficient to allow me to notarise the documents for you.
